The best Customer Service Reps are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk and understand the value of good communication skills. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Problem-solving also comes naturally to customer care specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to answer customer questions or resolve complaints. Overall, they take the extra mile to engage customers.
This position requires the successful candidate to work at our Carleton Place location 5 days a week, which will include Saturdays and Mondays. They will have Sundays and another day off.

The Customer Service Rep's Responsibilities will include:
Assisting Customer's in Store and Online:
- Managing incoming and outgoing telephone calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Process small orders
- Verify stock status
- Provide customers with order updates
- Identify & flag potential support issues
- Flow calls through to appropriate internal contacts
Warehousing:
- Keep our warehouse clean and organized
- Operate a forklift - we can train
- Receive product and preparing/wrapping product on skids for loading
- Perform regular cycle counts
- Assembling BBQs and assisting our technicians on deliveries
Marketing & Merchandising:
- Keep accessories properly stocked in showroom
- Verify showroom fireplaces are operational
- Showroom merchandising (seasonal decorations, price tags, promotional materials, etc…)
- Generate positive Google, Facebook and other Social Media Reviews.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
