Duties
Provide a range of hair styling services, including cuts, coloring, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and salon equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer professional advice on hair care and styling options.
Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
Assist at the front desk as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
Foster a positive atmosphere by building rapport with clients and ensuring their comfort during visits.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license or certification in hair styling.
Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Ability to upsell products and srvices while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
Experience in retail sales is a plus, contributing to overall salon success.
Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on sanitation practices.
