We are currently seeking a Night Shift Service Manager to join our leadership team of customer focused professionals within our high volume and process-driven dealership.
Purpose/Summary of Position:
This primary focus of this role is Service Writing and Advising and also includes the oversight and management of Service Advisors, Support Staff, Technicians and Apprentices on our night shift.
This role ensures compliance with process and procedures; motivates and coaches team members for performance; improves efficiencies; drives sales and champions the customer experience as a detail-oriented Service Advisor/Writer with some management responsibilities. Additional functions include:
Delegating and directing service tasks and managing service team members to ensure the team's objectives and sales goals are met
Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain strong customer relationships and ensure repeat customers
Assisting with or performing administrative tasks - WEPA, SSSC, ESP DI’s, Open RO’s
Resolving service department problems and improving service methods to increase departmental productivity and customer satisfaction
Assists in new employee training in company procedures and core values

Must be able to work the following night shift hours: Monday – Thursday 5:00 pm to 2:00 am and every 6th Saturday on rotation from 7:30 am to 2:00 pm
Valid driver’s license
Minimum High School Diploma; Post-Secondary Education Preferred
Previous leadership experience in Retail Automotive Service a definite asset
Must maintain a strong working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws and ensures compliance with these regulations
Must maintain current knowledge of industry standards, new innovations, materials, tools, and processes
