At Red Door we’re looking for an experienced and upbeat Barista
Position: Full-Time Front of House
Hours: Full or Part Time
Location: Ottawa, Ontario
About the Role:
As a barista at Red Door Provisions, you’ll be part of a team that values care, consistency, and community. You’ll craft quality specialty coffee and espresso drinks, provide thoughtful customer service, and help maintain the clean, welcoming environment our guests love.
- Oversee beverage quality & consistency

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in coffee or food service is required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
- Passion for hospitality, good coffee, and genuine connection.
- Barista + hospitality leadership experience
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to build systems and maintain standards
- Positive, motivating presence
- Reliability and strong work ethic
