- Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely responses and maintaining confidentiality.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information, provide updates, and ensure alignment with CEO's directives.
- Attend meetings with or on behalf of the CEO, taking notes and ensuring action items are documented and followed up.
- Maintain files and records, ensuring easy accessibility and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain a clear line of communication between the CEO and internal teams, conveying messages and feedback as required.
- Arrange travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Plan and execute company events, meetings, and special gatherings as directed by the CEO.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

- Weekends as needed
