Position: Street Team Rep – Nutrafarms
Position Type: Part-time, primarily evenings & weekend shifts - Role Overview
Be the energetic face of Nutrafarms at local markets, fairs, community events, and store activations. You’ll engage with the public, distribute samples or branded items, promote our products and values, and amplify our brand presence in the community.
Represent the brand live at events across Central Ontario
Promote Nutrafarms through engaging with event attendees in-person
Responsibilities include handing out swag, supporting contests, and promoting local farms
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Enthusiastic, outgoing personality
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable working at public events on the weekends
Key Responsibilities
Event Setup & Teardown: Assist with equipment, tents, tables, signage, and product displays
Brand Representation: Educate attendees about Nutrafarms’ offerings, embodying professionalism and enthusiasm
Crowd Engagement: Spark interest, interact with customers, run small contests or activations, and collect event feedback
Promo Material Distribution: Hand out samples, coupons, branded swag, and product literature
Social Media Support: Capture event moments and assist with digital engagement
Reporting: Complete post-event summaries detailing interactions, lead data, and feedback
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
People Skills: Outgoing, confident, and adept at initiating conversation
Strong Communication: Clear verbal interaction and event reporting skills
Team-Oriented & Independent: Able to work solo or as part of a team, manage tasks efficiently
Physically Capable: Able to lift up to ~50 lbs and handle manual event setup
Flexible Availability: Reliable on weekends and occasional weekday or evening events
Valid Driver’s License (an Asset): Must hold a Class G license (Ontario) with a clean record; ability to drive company vehicles when required
Digital Savvy: Comfortable using social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to create and share content
