Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Remote Recruiter to join our Live Streaming Agency team.
This role involves sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent to support our expanding live streaming operations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, expertise in talent acquisition, and comfortable using most social media platforms. This is a fully remote position offering flexibility and the opportunity to work within a fast-paced, innovative environment focused on entertainment and digital engagement. We are expanding and seeking enthusiastic recruiters to help discover and onboard new live streamers.
Duties
- Source and recruit new talent.
- Build relationships with potential creators.
- Guide applicants through the onboarding process.
- Meet recruitment goals.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including screening auditions, coordinating meetings/onboarding calls, and facilitating candidate assessments.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines through cold calling, lead generation, research, and outreach efforts.
- Stay informed on industry trends related to talent acquisition, social media recruiting, and live streaming industry requirements.
Experience
- Strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated and organized.
- Comfortable using social media platforms.
- Recruiting experience is a plus but not required.
- Experience working remotely in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
