Job Overview:
Surrey Construction is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Junior Sales Representative/Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships. You will be responsible for creating and implementing sales strategies, identifying new leads, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Identify and prospect new clients through research, referrals, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Monitor industry trends and market developments to identify opportunities for growth
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, in the construction industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to travel as required
- Proficient in Google Workspace
