Summary of the role
Looking to speak with Electrical Foreman/Superintendents who have experience in commercial and institutional/industrial projects, this is a unique opportunity to work directly for a tier 1 general contractor based in Vancouver.

My client is a Tier 1 General Contractor who have a reputation for delivering an exceptional standard of projects across North America, the portfolio contains a diverse mix of project including large scale commercial, institutional and residential builds. They are constantly striving for success and want to lead the way in construction across North America.
The Role
You will work closely with the overall construction management team to deliver projects on time and on budget, see below for a snapshot of what the day to day will look like:
· Be responsible for the full life cycle of the project, including design, budgeting, sub trade management, tendering, scheduling and more
· Lead and coordinate internal and external meetings to ensure owners, PM, architects engineers and any other stakeholders are kept informed of on-going progress and issues
· Mentor and assistant with junior members on the team and lead from the front
· Be an expert in any electrical related scopes and provide value insight in pre-planning and active construction
· Making sure all work is completed require safety and quality standards
· Review blueprints and drawings and provide value when needed
· Oversee the instillation and maintenance of any systems
· Ensure proper testing and commissioning before project handover/close out
Requirements
· 5+ years as a electrical foreman or superintendent, can be GC or Sub trade
· Experience working on large scale new projects in North America
· Would consider high-rise experience
· Commercial or industrial projects an asset
· Used to running crews of 20+
· Electrical education/designations required
Compensation
· Salary range $110,000 - $120,000
· Vacation 3-4 weeks
