Reporting to the Strategic Accounts & Fulfillment Manager, the Fulfillment Analyst supports customer fulfillment strategies for Wolseley’s strategic accounts. This role helps ensure product availability, timely inventory flow, and strong service levels by coordinating replenishment, supplier follow-up, order fulfillment, reporting, and cross-functional issue resolution.
Monitor backorders, inventory availability, allocations, supply constraints, and replenishment requirements, coordinating with stakeholders to achieve customer service and inventory KPIs.
Coordinate inventory transfers, replenishment activities, deallocations, and recovery plans to support customer fulfillment.
Collaborate with Branch Operations, Distribution Centres, Purchasing, Demand Planning, Category Management, Sales, and vendors to plan and execute customer events, seasonal programs, and promotional activities.
Prepare dashboards, scorecards, backorder reports, KPI updates, and customer performance summaries.
Analyze fulfillment issues, inventory shortages, supplier delays, and service gaps to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
Support customer programs, promotions, new customer onboarding, seasonal demand planning, and strategic supply chain initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
2 to 5 years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, replenishment, fulfillment, purchasing, or customer service.
Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, reports, charts, and data analysis.
Experience with ERP, replenishment, forecasting, or BI tools; Slim4, Power BI, and AS400 are assets.

Total Posting Range: $77,000 + 5% Bonus
