Health Care Aide – Home Care (Dementia & Aphasia Experience Required) | Red Deer
Location: Red Deer, AB
Position Type: Permanent Position
Join a team where care truly feels like home.
Forever Home Senior Care is a family-owned and operated home care company dedicated to helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they know and love most — their own home.
We believe exceptional care goes beyond completing tasks. It's about building meaningful relationships, preserving dignity, promoting independence, and treating every client like family.
We're looking for a compassionate, patient, and dependable Health Care Aide to become part of an established care team supporting a client in Red Deer.
Experience supporting individuals living with dementia, aphasia, and limited or non-verbal communication is important for this position. The successful candidate will understand that communication goes far beyond spoken words and will be comfortable adapting their approach, allowing additional time for processing, recognizing non-verbal cues, and finding meaningful ways to connect with and understand the client.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys relationship-based care and understands the importance of patience, consistency, and getting to know the individual behind the diagnosis.
At Forever Home Senior Care, we recognize and reward exceptional caregivers. Compensation is regularly reviewed based on demonstrated reliability, professionalism, quality of care, communication, and overall contribution to our team. We believe in recognizing those who consistently demonstrate the values and level of care our clients deserve.
