ASSISTANT CONTROLLER
Financial Reporting
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Support external audits by preparing schedules and ensuring timely completion.
Accounting Operations
Supervise day-to-day accounting functions, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger.
Review journal entries and account reconciliations
Maintain and improve internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency.
Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
Financial Forecasting
Assist in the development of periodic forecasts.
Partner with department leaders to support financial planning and decision-making.
Cash Management & Treasury
Manage daily/weekly cash flow, and assist in working capital optimization
Manage/assist with bank transactions and use of banking systems
Operational reporting
Assist in developing Kpi's, contribution margin analysis and costings
Analyze and provide summary reporting of operational margins, costs and profitability
Pay: $85,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
