Filing Clerk - Part Time (3 days per week)

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:
  • Accounts payable filing
  • Creation of update records with new files and information
  • Journal entry filing
  • Scanning various documents
  • Miscellaneous filing of various documents and records
  • Maintenance of file labeling
  • Retrieving files for various team members
  • Complying with the administrative procedures and the Information Management Classification scheme
To succeed in this role, you have:
  • Organizational skills to manage and prioritize workload
  • Strong communication skills and Interpersonal skills
  • Good computer skills using Microsoft Outlook & Word
  • High attention to detail
  • Team player attitude and ability to work collaboratively
