Job Overview
We are seeking Massage Therapists to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about promoting health and wellness through therapeutic massage techniques.
Fixed Annual Salary (Full-Time):
- Hourly Rate: around $45 per hour. Up to $78000 per year.
- This option guarantees a consistent salary, whether or not you have client appointments.
- Requires working five days a week, including weekends, with a total of 40 hours per week.
- You receive payment for your scheduled hours, ensuring a steady income.
Fixed Hourly Salary (Part-Time):
- Hourly Rate: around $40 per hour. Details can be negoticate.
- Time: Weekends 12pm - 9:30 pm
- You receive payment for your scheduled hours.
Service-Based Hourly Wage System:
- Hourly Rate: $70-$100 per hour.
- Payment is based on the actual hours spent providing services to clients.
- This option allows you to plan your own work schedule with more flexibility.
Qualifications:
We are seeking RMTs who are:
- Active, registered practitioners with CMTO.
- Holders of valid liability/malpractice insurance.
- Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills.
- Positive, professional, and flexible, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with other healthcare professionals.
Duties
- Perform various massage techniques to address clients' specific needs
- Maintain detailed records of client treatment notes and session notes
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service to build a loyal client base
Experience
- New Grads are welcomed
