The Impact You'll Make
As a Shop Supervisor, you will be the trusted expert ensuring that all equipment we deploy meets the highest safety and performance standards. Your work will directly protect the well-being of people working in hazardous conditions, from industrial shutdowns to emergency response operations. You won’t just supervise and maintain equipment—you’ll be a critical link in keeping teams safe and confident in the field.
What You'll Do
· Document inspections, maintenance, and repairs with precision for regulatory and client records.
· Ensuring all equipment is turned and maintained to highest possible standards.
What You'll Bring
· Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure in time-sensitive situations.
· A safety-first mindset and commitment to quality workmanship.
· Experience in the Oil & Gas industry preferred.
· Strong multitasking skills
