Responsible for patrolling Big White Central Reservations properties during the overnight shift (11.30pm – 7.30am). Will be required to handle and resolve noise complaints in a courteous and professional manner, report any disturbances or issues experienced during their shift in a nightly report, and must be able to patiently answer all questions of the guests of Big White Ski Resort and assist them in every way possible to ensure maximum guest satisfaction. You must also develop a good understanding of the front desk operations during the overnight shift as you may be required to cover the front desk.
** This position's shifts run from 11.30pm until 7.30am, five days per week. Due to the shift hours, this position is best suited to a candidate who wants to have maximum time on the snow. **
Duties and responsibilities:
Patrol Central Reservation’s properties.
Pick up and deliver guests to and from Big White accommodation.
Maintain a professional driving manner to ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers.
Ensure all road rules, laws and Big White Central Reservations driver polices are adhered to.
Ensure high level of customer service is maintained at all times.
Assist guests with all questions and reasonable requests.
Develop a good understanding of the front desk operations during the overnight shift as you may be required to cover the front desk.
Any other reasonable requests as made by a Central Reservations Manager.
Position requirements/skills:
Reliable and dependable.
Complaint handling and resolution experience.
Must have a full-privileged (open) driving license (no L’s, N’s or P’s).
Must have had a driving license for 3 years.
Clean driving record.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision but also as part of a team.
Positive upbeat personality.
Well-presented appearance.
Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and problem solve.
Computer skills in MS office products and the ability to learn new systems.
