The successful applicant should be very personable and friendly, have sharp organizational skills, excellent communication and verbal skills, a drive to succeed and learn in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to work within a flexible work schedule.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greeting clients and answering general inquiries
- Answering and directing incoming calls and operating internal phone system/switchboard
- Prepare and accept incoming/outgoing mail, courier, and deliveries
- Organize and maintain daily files
- Receive and process payments
- Prepare daily sales logs and relevant reports
Qualifications:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent Oral and Communication Skills
Ability to multi-task and shift priorities on a moment’s notice
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong customer service skills
Prior Auto Dealer experience will be considered an asset.
HOURS:
Monday - Thursday 3:00pm - 7:00pm
Every second Saturday 8:00am - 3:00pm
