Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physics Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physics and education, with the ability to inspire students to develop a deep understanding of scientific concepts. This role involves designing engaging lessons, supporting diverse learners, and fostering a positive learning environment. Prior experience with classroom instruction, working with grade 12 student Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a commitment to student success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging physics lessons aligned with curriculum standards
- Utilize instructional design principles to create effective teaching materials and assessments
- Incorporate LMS tools for lesson planning, grading, and student engagement
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of students with disabilities or special education requirements
- Support students through tutoring sessions and individualized instruction
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional practices and curriculum development
- Foster an inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and active participation
- Stay current with advancements in physics education and integrate innovative teaching methods
Skills
- Strong knowledge of physics, mathematics, and scientific principles
- Experience with classroom teaching across various age groups, 12 grade
- Familiarity with LMS platforms for instructional delivery and assessment management
- Excellent communication skills for effective instruction, tutoring, and collaboration
- Ability to design engaging lesson plans that incorporate writing skills and instructional strategies
- Experience in working with student and understanding developmental needs
- Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities and student records effectively
