Dental Ambassador

About the Role
Pearly Curve Dentistry is looking for a highly connected, outgoing, and community-oriented individual to join our team as a Dental Community Ambassador.
This is not a traditional sales position. We are looking for someone who is actively involved in the local community, has strong relationships with families, community groups, cultural organizations, schools, places of worship, businesses, and social networks, and enjoys helping people access quality dental care.
Your primary role will be to build awareness of our clinic, educate community members about available dental programs and services, and connect individuals and families with our dental team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships within the local community.
- Attend community events, cultural gatherings, networking events, and health fairs.
- Promote clinic services and patient programs.
- Educate community members about available dental benefits and insurance programs.
- Identify and build partnerships with community organizations and local businesses.
- Generate patient referrals and appointment bookings.
- Follow up with prospective patients and assist them in scheduling appointments.
- Represent the clinic professionally and positively at all times.
- Provide regular reports on outreach activities and results.
Requirements
- Strong involvement in the local community.
- Established network of contacts within one or more communities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and approachable personality.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable speaking with individuals, families, and groups.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in community outreach, customer service, healthcare, sales, marketing, or public relations is an asset.
- Multilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Turkish, Spanish, Russian,Farsi.
