Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, establishing rapport and understanding their needs.
- Manage and develop a robust sales pipeline, tracking prospects and follow-ups to maximize opportunities.
- Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales interactions, negotiating deals that benefit both parties while maintaining professionalism.
- Support the sales process by upselling complementary products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients, ensuring clear, respectful, and persuasive conversations.
- Utilize organizational skills to coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently, ensuring a seamless sales experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-end sales confidently.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—paired with outstanding phone etiquette.
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively while supporting ongoing sales management initiatives.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes, upselling techniques, and customer service principles.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple client interactions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and basic math skills for pricing negotiations and calculations.
