Job Summary
NW Cleaners Inc. is seeking dedicated Residential & Commercial Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidates would be reliable and detail-oriented cleaners who can maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in both residential and commercial properties. This role requires those who take pride in their work and have an attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Have the ability to work in different locations, and be able to work independently or in pairs
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all assigned areas
- Manage time effectively to complete cleaning tasks within scheduled timeframes
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and maintained properly
- Assist with light cooking or hospitality tasks as needed for client events or special requests
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and courteously
Requirements
- Reliable Transportation
- Fluency in English
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to perform cleaning duties thoroughly and consistently
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Ability to handle laundry tasks effectively
