BOSS Staffing is hiring Manufacturing General Laborers for a large manufacturing company in Elmira
Below you will find one of our current positions in which we are looking to hire immediately!
Day shift starts at 6:30am (9-10 hour shifts) Monday to Friday - (Saturday as needed)
Afternoon shift starts 5:45pm (Friday 4:45pm) (9-10 hour shifts) Monday - Friday (Sundays as needed)
Rate of pay $ 17.60/hr
Please note all shifts are 8 - 10 Hours per shift with the addtional overtime as required.
Requirements
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Proficiency in order fulfillment processes
- Experience with loading and unloading procedures
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus
- Experience with order picking and bin picking
- Must be flexible to work overtime as required
- Must have your own safety shoes, vest, and glasses
- Must be able to lift 50lbs, able to stand for 8 hour shifts, and able to keep up with the demands a the fast-paced environment.
