Overview
We are a growing multi-unit restaurant organization looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Support / Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This position plays an important role in supporting our restaurant operations through administrative, accounting, and office coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks
- Process invoices, receipts, and supplier statements
- Support payroll preparation and employee record management
- Organize and maintain digital and paper files
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and operational documents
- Coordinate communications between restaurants, vendors, and the management team
- Monitor inventory reports and assist with data entry
- Handle emails, phone calls, and general administrative duties
- Provide support with special projects and day-to-day office operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in administration, office support, bookkeeping, or accounting is preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with accounting software is an asset
- Restaurant or hospitality experience is considered an advantage
