Pay is $18-21/h minus applicable statutory deductions + Tips ($7-11/hr cash)

A neighborhood pizzeria in Toronto's West End, we serve traditional pies and slices with attention to quality ingredients and in house-made dough. The building on this site has operated as a cafe since the 90’s, and we are proud to continue its tradition of entertaining the neighbourhood with something everyone loves, good pizza.
Our ideal candidate must have basic knife skills, be organized and have an interest or experience in pizza making. They must also be motivated, work well in a team setting and have experience in a fast paced environment
As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for:
* Maintaining a clean work station throughout service
* Managing the pizza oven (rotating whole pizzas, reheating slices, ensuring proper doneness of pizza)
* Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen surfaces and equipment used during service
* Reporting any food prep/inventory shortages to the Kitchen Manager
Other duties as assigned
