Job Overview
Northern Diesel Services in Meadow Lake is looking for an experienced apprentice or journeyman mechanic. Competative wages are offered depedent on skill level. Tool, boot, and benefit allowances provided. Further education is available for the Saskatchewan Apprenticeship program under our Red Seal Heavy Duty Journeyman.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance work performed and parts used.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Heavy Duty Mechanic an asset.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, schematics interpretation, and troubleshooting techniques.
Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
