Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker to build and maintain key client relationships and drive sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Conduct market research on industry trends and competitors.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to clients.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop sales materials.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the software industry.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Willingness to travel as needed.
