Who we are Looking for:
Inside sales and customer service representative. We are seeking candidates that ideally have experience in a technical / industrial related field with strong customer service skills. Experience in the
Electric Motors and industrial Brakes field is an asset but not necessary for success.
If you have a mechanical and electrical aptitude with strong customer service attitude, we want to hear
from you.
Job duties and responsibilities:
Process Quotes, Orders and Purchase orders for customer’s requests whether on phone, via email, through our e commerce site as well as assist at counter. Strong Customer Service skills required.
Provide assistance to customers to generate sales for new and repaired industrial equipment
Work with area sales account managers to provide professional support
Prepare quotes for a variety of goods and services to customers in a professional manner.
Will be expected to pitch in and prepare shipments and export documents
Should be proficient on forklift or able to learn
Must be computer literate and are able to communicate effectively with customers and fellow employees. Should be able to manage, edit and maintain our e commerce site generating interest and success.
Must be self-motivated to succeed and be a team player
Qualifications
Minimum grade 12 education or equivalent experience preferred.
Mechanically and electrically inclined is an asset
Must be open to coaching
Must be able to work & interact with others in a fair and friendly environment
Safety training and a forklift license is an asset but not necessary.
