Summary
We are seeking an Opener to join our dynamic team at Forbidden Zone Pizza in Oyster River. This role is crucial for starting each day and ensuring all our baking is done for each day. The ideal candidate will be available to work 3 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso drinks, smoothies, and cold drinks to order.
- Prepare muffins, cookies, eggs, and more according to food safety guidelines.
- Ensure consistency and quality in all food products.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the customer experience.
- Work independently and collaboratively with team members.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Assist with prep and pizzas as needed.
- Follow all health and safety regulations in food handling.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment.
- Strong skills in food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Experience with kitchen equipment is an asset.
