Care Leadership Manager, Long-Term Care Education, Quality & Resident Programs
On-site | Port Coquitlam, BC | Full-time
Overview
A well-established Port Coquitlam seniors care community is looking for a people-first leader to own resident care delivery, staff development, and program quality across its Long-Term Care programs.
This role blends the three things great care leaders love most: growing care teams, raising clinical quality and safety, and shaping the therapeutic programming that helps residents thrive. Reporting to the Director of LTC & Resident Services, you will sit on the leadership team, and your decisions will translate directly into better days for the people in your care. You'll have the scope to lead, the support to grow your team, and the mandate to raise the bar on quality.
This is an on-site role with flexible hours to support staff across shifts. Remote work is not available.
