Position: Sales Management - Mattress Store
Pay: Base with Sales Bonus, depending on sales
Type: Full-Time
Position Summary:
As a Retail Sales Manager in a mattress store you will be responsible for the sales in the stores and for communicating to customers the benefits and competitiveness of our exclusive products. Excellent customer service skills are valued. The stores are open 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. daily and Holiday Weekends are busy.
Job Description:
- Sale to customers visiting the store. Follow the training of the sales process utilizing our proprietary Sleepology technology to increase customer satisfaction. Offer industry leading products: mattresses, adjustable beds, beds, pillows, and mattress protectors. Offer and transact financing plans.
- Your primary objective will be to sale our products. You should provide courteous, friendly, knowledgeable service to our customers. We provide the initial training yet we expect you to be a great sales person and to want to be the very best in the industry. Continuous education and learning are expected.
- In order to provide a positive retail experience for the customer you will be responsible for maintaining your store in Retail Ready condition on a continuous basis.
- A positive customer experience from the Greeting to Delivery is your focus.
- You will conduct yourself in a professional and honest manner at all times.
- To provide excellent customer service you will maintain up-to-date current knowledge of the competition to effectively compare products and services.

Experience and skills:
- Sales experience (related commissioned sales preferred).

- Computer & Online Proficient.
