- Learn and fully master how to fit a bra properly on all body types
- Maintain an atmosphere of body positivity through language and attitude
- Detailed stock knowledge to be able to fully meet clients wishes and provide well informed suggestions
- Able to maintain a conversation while still allowing clients and staff to feel heard and prioritizing their comfort
- Making sure the store tasks are kept up with and standards are being maintained to keep the store looking its best at all times and product is properly organized and clean
- Understand our unique style of service, communicate that to clients, and maintain the standard
Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, and provide product knowledge and recommendations
- Maintain a full-service atmosphere by ensuring customers understand how to shop with us
- Handle customer inquiries and resolving any issues
- Motivate and collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, with a full understanding of the POS system and its functions
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and staff area and ensuring quality of products is up to store standard
- Stay up-to-date on product features, promotions, and sales events
- Assist with events, as needed
Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Extensive retail experience is preferred but passion can be just as valuable if you're eager to learn
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor and full stock
- Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- You must be comfortable being featured on our social media. Experience working with social media platforms is an asset
