Duties
- Assist in food preparation and food handling to meet quality standards and safety regulations
- Support kitchen management with inventory control and stock replenishment
- Help oversee food service operations during shifts, ensuring timely and efficient service
- Contribute to menu planning and food presentation under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas in compliance with health standards
- Assist with catering events, banquet setups, and fine dining service as needed
- Support team members by supervising junior staff and ensuring smooth workflow during busy periods
Experience
- Prior experience in banquet or catering environments is preferred but not required
- Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience is advantageous
- Knowledge of dietary requirements, food safety protocols, and kitchen management practices is highly valued
- Hands-on experience with food production, cooking, and food service management is a plus
- Exposure to fine dining settings or restaurant operations will be beneficial
- Strong understanding of inventory management, food handling procedures, and culinary techniques is desirable
- Previous roles involving hospitality, bartending, or restaurant experience will support success in this position

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
