Overview
Lord of the Tacos is a growing, year-round catering and events business focused on delivering authentic, high-quality taco experiences. We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Kitchen Team Member to join our team on a part-time basis (approximately 2 days per week).
This role is centered around prep cooking and supporting live event service, with a clear path to grow into larger responsibilities within our catering operations. We’re not just hiring for a position—we’re looking to bring someone in who wants to develop their skills and grow with the business over time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with prep cooking including ingredient preparation, portioning, and assembly for catering orders
- Supporting on-site event service, helping execute fast, high-quality food during live events
- Cooking and assembling menu items while maintaining consistency and speed
- Ensuring proper food handling, storage, and sanitation standards are followed at all times
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and prep environment
- Supporting the team during high-volume periods with a hands-on, team-first approach

Role Details
