Communication Options Inc. is a growing multidisciplinary practice based out of Red Deer, with a team of 13 SLPs and 5 SLPAs serving children and families across Central Alberta.
We’re known for our collaborative, supportive environment and diverse caseloads across school and private settings.
Who This Role Is For
We are looking for an experienced Occupational therapist who can complement our speech therapy services in schools and private clients.
What You’ll Do
- Assess and support children and youth with a variety of developmental, physical, sensory, and functional needs.
- Provide therapy in schools, private settings, and/or client homes
- Develop individualized, functional treatment plans
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals
- Monitor progress and adapt therapy to support client success

What You Need
- Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT/MScOT)
- Registration in good standing with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists.
- Eligible to practice Occupational Therapy in Alberta
- Valid Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Experience with pediatric populations and school based services
