We're looking for an experienced and dynamic manager to join our team at Chances R Restaurant. Our restaurant is known for its great food, excellent service, and lively atmosphere - and we need someone who can help us take it to the next level.
As our restaurant manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, and ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our menu is on point, and you'll be one of the faces of the restaurant, interacting with guests and building relationships in the community.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 3 years of experience managing a restaurant or similar establishment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for great food and exceptional service
- A fun, outgoing personality and a positive attitude
- The ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
