Lubecore is currently hiring Manufacturing Technicians to assist in the production of our automated lubrication systems at our Campbellville location.
Responsibilities:
Reports to: Manufacturing Team Leader
Required Education:
Secondary School Diploma at Minimum. College or University Diploma is preferred. Previous CNC machine setup experience is required.

Job Responsibilities:
· Setup and Operate CNC milling and turning machines to effectively and efficiently manufacture new and existing parts.
· Using a strong understanding of machining practices, work to continually improve the manufacturing process and quality of manufactured parts.
· Interpret technical drawings to ensure conformance and quality of manufactured products.
· Gauge and measure parts using precision measuring tools like Verniers, micrometers, CMM machines, profilometers and bore gauges to ensure process control and quality standards are met.
· Maintain documentation of production data in internal systems.
· Develop set-up sheets to improve consistency and efficiency when setting up for production runs.
· Work with engineering on Design for Manufacturing (DFM) activities to improve new and existing manufacturing processes.
· Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and technical procedures at all points during the manufacturing process
· Use Email and verbal communication in English as primary language of business.
· Other duties as assigned
Pay: $24.00-$35.00 per hour
