We are seeking a compassionate and professional Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing wellness team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being through therapeutic massage.
Our clinic specializes in Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) rehabilitation cases, providing focused, therapeutic care to support clients recovering from injuries. Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and injury-focused therapeutic treatments
- Provide treatment for clients recovering from Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA) and other musculoskeletal conditions
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess health history, injury details, and treatment goals
- Develop personalized treatment plans to support rehabilitation and overall wellness
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential clinical notes, particularly for insurance and MVA documentation requirements
- Ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing environment before, during, and after each session
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate follow-up or home care strategies
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations and professional standards
- Manage appointment scheduling effectively to support smooth clinic operations and client satisfaction
Qualifications & Skills
- Active RMT Certification (required)
- Experience or interest in treating MVA and rehabilitation cases is considered an asset
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
- Ability to complete detailed treatment documentation for insurance purposes
- Professionalism, discretion, and commitment to client confidentiality
- Genuine passion for health, wellness, and therapeutic rehabilitation
Pay: From $55.00 per hour
