Job Title: Director of Human Resources
Job Summary
As the Director of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our corporate culture and ensuring the alignment of our human capital strategies with organizational goals. Your focus will include employee development, executive compensation, organizational development, and succession planning. The Director will serve as a key partner to executive leadership, providing data-driven insights and innovative solutions to support business objectives.
Duties
Employee Development:
- Design and implement comprehensive training and leadership development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning through mentorship initiatives, performance management, and clear career pathways.
Executive Compensation:
- Oversee the development of competitive compensation packages and incentive programs for executives.
- Conduct regular market analysis to ensure compensation strategies attract and retain top leadership talent.
Organizational Development:
- Lead change management initiatives to optimize organizational performance and efficiency.
- Partner with leadership to assess and address organizational needs, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
- Lead Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace
Succession Planning:
- Develop and maintain a robust succession planning strategy to ensure leadership continuity.
- Identify and nurture high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration, or related field (master’s preferred).
· 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a focus on employee development and organizational strategy.
· Proven expertise in executive compensation, succession planning, and corporate policy.
· Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
· Demonstrated experience using data and metrics to shape and drive HR strategies
· Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Pay: $115,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
