About the Role
At Ceratec, we're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers find the right solutions. As our Hybrid Sales Specialist, you'll split your time between supporting customers at our branch and visiting installers, contractors, and commercial clients in the field. If you're passionate about sales, have a strong technical mindset, and enjoy being out meeting people, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcome and assist installers and customers who visit our branch.
- Build relationships with new and existing commercial customers through regular site visits.
- Grow sales of our key product lines, including Schluter and Plytec.
- Share your product knowledge by providing technical guidance and training to customers and colleagues when needed.
- Stay connected with your customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop your territory.
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to support customers and achieve sales goals.
- Keep customer information up to date and manage your schedule using CRM and Google Workspace tools.
What You'll Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service, ideally in flooring, construction, building materials, or a related industry.
- Technical knowledge of installation or construction products.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, organized, and self-motivated approach to your work.
- Experience using the Google environment and CRM software.
- A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel within your territory.
- Fluency in English (French is considered an asset).
- A college diploma or post-secondary education is an asset.

*The salary range includes both the base and commissions.
Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
