Position Overview
Manage and produce the scheduling for various job titles in accordance with collective agreements and policies and procedures. Ensure the reconciliation of attendance records and work schedules, for payroll processing. Approve timecards. Meet the different needs of internal and external customers by providing a service to the customers with high quality while respecting confidentiality. Work closely with the human resources department, the payroll service and local management.

  • High School diploma mandatory.
  • College diploma in a related field is considered an asset
  • Relevant experience in scheduling
  • Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in both official languages.
  • Knowledge of the different collective agreements would be an asset.
  • Demonstrates organizational skills
  • Demonstrates ability and superior knowledge with a schedule management software
(ex.: ESP or KRONOS is an asset)

  • Interpersonal skills with peers, employees and services
  • Works well under pressure of multiple projects
  • Priority management skills
Criminal Check
As a pre-condition of employment, all new HGH employees will be required to obtain and provide a satisfactory Police Records Check dated within six (6) months from the date of issue.
