What You’ll Do:

Provides customers with detailed information on individual and combined service and repair options, as well as promotional packages available
- Overseeing automotive service and repair processes, verifying warranty and service contract details, generating estimates, writing accurate repair orders, and maintaining customer relationships and records

Provide clear explanations of recommended maintenance and repairs

Keep customers informed throughout the service process

Ensure a seamless pick-up and payment experience

Help drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a dealership or automotive service environment

Strong communication and organizational skills
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

A customer-first attitude with a high level of professionalism

Strong negotiation and sales skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with CDK is an asset

Valid driver’s license

Fully bilingual, French and English
