Adamson Flooring is looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our busy retail showroom. Whether you already have flooring experience or come from a strong sales background, this is a great opportunity to build a rewarding career in a stable and growing industry.
What you'll do
- Help customers choose the right flooring (hardwood, vinyl, laminate, carpet, etc.)
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on customer needs
- Prepare quotes and close sales
- Maintain an organized, visually appealing showroom
- Follow up with leads and build long-term customer relationships
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience preferred (retail or showroom is a plus)
- Flooring knowledge is an asset—but we’re willing to train the right candidate
- Strong communication and people skills
- Motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
