About the role:
As the first point of contact for many of our patients, you will play an essential role in creating a welcoming, supportive, and professional experience from the moment they walk through our doors. You genuinely care about people and approach every interaction with patience, compassion, authenticity, and empathy.
This role requires someone who takes pride in the little things. You'll have a keen eye for detail, anticipate the needs of both patients and practitioners, and help ensure the clinic runs smoothly each day. Whether you're coordinating schedules, assisting patients, supporting clinicians, or keeping operations organized behind the scenes, you'll be a dependable team player who is always willing to step in where needed. Your ability to stay organized, communicate effectively, and provide exceptional support will contribute directly to the high standard of care our patients have come to expect from Fulcrum Therapy.
Hours required:
Wednesday/Fridays - half days mornings or evenings
Saturdays- mornings/afternoon
