Baywood Interior Millwork is a leading, progressive, medium sized architectural millwork, and, store fixture manufacturer, located in the Bridgeport Business Park area of Kitchener, ON.
We operate in the ICI, (industrial, commercial, and, institutional) construction fields, as well as, many retail store fixture environments.
In our 31st year of operation, Baywood continues to grow and diversify its operations, and, is looking for the right candidate to join our team.
Experience:
Professional installation of architectural millwork, store fixtures, finish carpentry, wood door frames, wood doors and wood trim throughout Ontario
Current relevant hands on experience in the same, or, very similar field.
We expect the candidate to hit the ground running from day one.
Job Duties:
Commercial Millwork/Finish Carpentry Installer
The primary responsibility of this position is the professional installation of architectural millwork, store fixtures, finish carpentry, wood door frames, wood doors and wood trim etc. throughout Ontario.
The position may include the loading of, millwork items to be installed, installation tools, equipment, and, supplies, into our delivery trucks, the driving of loaded company trucks, trailers, and or, rented vehicles to the jobsite, and, the unloading of the same, on site, into the required rooms.
Site installations include your final clean-up of your millwork installation, including required cleaning of cabinetry, countertops and vacuuming/sweeping cabinets and install area free of sawdust and debris etc.

Other Job Skills required:
-Detail oriented
-Must have valid Class ‘G’ drivers license and clean drivers abstract
-Must be able to obtain a clean criminal background check from law enforcement agencies
-Must be in good physical health and able to lift up to 100lbs +
-Willingness to work overtime as needed
-Able to speak, read/write & understand English
-Strong, hardworking, punctuality and good attitude is mandatory
-Self motivated and works well with others
-Must have CSA approved Green Patch safety shoes
-You must be able to work with minimal supervision and work with time constraints

Remuneration:
Rate:
-Hourly, 45-48 hours weekly, O/T is available
