Our rapidly expanding Executive Healthcare Clinic is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our esteemed Multidisciplinary Clinical Team. Situated in the prestigious neighborhood of Yorkville in downtown Toronto, our establishment provides walk-in privileges and in-person assistance to our esteemed Members, available Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
As a member of our clinic team you will:
Conduct patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations.
Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging studies.
Developing and implementing treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions.
Prescribing medications and other treatments as needed.
Providing patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Participating in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to stay current in the field.
Adhering to legal and ethical standards in healthcare practice.
Qualifications:
College of Nurses of Ontario Nurse Practitioner
Experience with Accuro EMR (preferred)
Primary care experience
Sound clinical judgment and strong health assessment and diagnostic skills
