Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator/Tow dispatch to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage daily administrative tasks, provide exceptional customer service, and support office operations to ensure efficiency and professionalism. This role requires strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with various office management tools. The Office Administrator will serve as the first point of contact for clients and staff, maintaining a welcoming and organized environment.
Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Towbooks, and QuickBooks
- Handle filing systems, document proofreading, and general clerical tasks to support office functions
- Assist with bookkeeping and basic financial record keeping
- Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and providing support via phone or email
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for staff and clients
- Maintain organization of driver records, fuel reciepts, bookeeping etc
Qualification
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles, preferably in medical or dental offices
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated data entry accuracy and typing speed
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
- Experience with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, filing, proofreading, and general administrative tasks
- Knowledge of bookkeeping principles is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience would be an asset

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
