Job Summary
Papa John's Pizza is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering hot, fresh pizzas to our customers while providing excellent service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a clean driving record, and the ability to handle heavy lifting and moving tasks efficiently. Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver orders promptly to customers' locations
- Ensure accurate and complete delivery of orders while maintaining food quality and presentation
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to coordinate deliveries
- Handle cash or card transactions when necessary and maintain accurate delivery records
- Maintain safety of the delivery vehicle at all times
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies during deliveries
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks safely and efficiently
- Commercial driving experience preferred, with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Knowledge of local roads and navigation tools for efficient route planning
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
