Warehouse Manager
We are currently looking for a manager to lead our warehouse in managing client relationship, and other administrative needs.
Role Overview:
Signal Warehousing Ltd has been around for 53 years, servicing the Greater Vancouver area. Our warehouse size is approximatively 100000 square feet. As our warehouse manager, you will be responsible to manage the warehouse space, our client relationship and other administrative needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee workflows and support warehouse team members to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage and supervise the condition of the warehouse interior and exterior to ensure that there will be no damage done to customers goods due to potential extreme weather conditions.
- Manage and track tool and vehicle maintenance schedules, ensuring all assets are in top condition.
- Manage client relationship
- Maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and lead projects that increase team productivity.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a warehouse management or coordinator role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Have a through understanding of the current market for warehouse space rental
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
