Mississauga Toyota is seeking a full-time Parts Advisor to join our team!
A Parts Advisor is responsible for assisting the Parts Manager in operating the Parts Department; handling customer concerns and the shop work flow.
Qualifications:

Experience working in a dealership Parts Department

Excellent communication and customer service skills
-
Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Ability to handle telephone calls quickly and courteously
-
Ability to lift and handle mid - heavy parts
-
General knowledge of the automotive industry
-
Stock parts on shelves, and keep parts inventory organized
-
Must be comfortable working with computers and Data Management Systems
Requirements:

Provide a valid driver's license and driver's abstract

Provide a clear Criminal Background check

Ability to work some Saturdays and evenings on a rotating shift
