BPH-X Limited is seeking motivated and dependable General Labourers to join our growing team for mine site projects in the Timmins area. If you enjoy working outdoors, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to safety, we'd love to hear from you.
Schedule:
- 7 days on / 7 days off
- 12-hour shifts
- Mine site work based out of Timmins, Ontario
Responsibilities
- Assist crews with daily construction and maintenance activities.
- Perform general labour duties, including shoveling, lifting, moving materials, and site cleanup.
- Support heavy equipment operators and skilled trades as required.
- Safely use hand and power tools.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all site-specific safety procedures and company policies.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous construction, industrial, or mine site labour experience is considered an asset.
- Mine site experience is a strong asset.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid Class G driver's licence and reliable transportation are preferred.
Required Certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Common Core (considered an asset)
- WHMIS
- Worker Awareness (4-Step)
- Working at Heights (asset)
- Any additional site-specific training required for mine access
